Inspired by Japanese ukidama, or float balls, which were once used to assist with fishing operations all over the world.

Each ball is hand-painted and lovingly-crafted with a variety of intricate and beautiful designs. The "Okinawa" Set features floral and geometric patterns in different blue tone and is aptly named after a collection of 160 islands of the coast of Japan. These islands have strong ties to the ocean with a unique history and traditional Japanese culture.
