TO GIVE A SPICY TOUCH TO ALL YOUR DISHES The spicy oil of chilli, garlic and peppers from Llàgrimes del Canigó is made with extra virgin olive oil with Argudell olives grown in Alt Empordà fields. When it is extracted cold, it achieves a flavor rich in aromas and very balanced.
Along with garlic, peppers and cayenne, we add a more spicy, intense and seasoned flavor that makes it a perfect companion for pizza, pasta and meat, although it can be used in all kinds of recipes.
No artificial scents added. The secret of our spicy oil is the perfect balance between the bird's eye chilli, one of the most spicy ones, and the garlic from the garden of Padre de Jesús (located in Agullana), which has been planting its Banyoles garlic for more than 40 years. And a selection of peppers: black pepper, white pepper, allspice, pink pepper and green pepper.
