In Llàgrimes del Canigó, they make extra virgin olive oil with Argudell olives grown in Alt Empordà fields. When it is extracted cold, it achieves a flavor rich in aromas and very balanced. Along with eucalyptus and laurel, they add a soft but robust aroma that brings out the flavors of meat and vegetables. Both plants have a long history of popular use in our gastronomy, giving extra virgin olive oil that Mediterranean flavor that you like so much.
