Bjorn's Sweet & Spicy Honey

Bjorn's Colorado Honey is a small-batch honey producer based in Boulder, Colorado. Pontus, their beekeeper, grew up in Sweden and learned the practice from his grandfather Björn, the company namesake. 

Björn’s Sweet and Spicy Honey is a blend of their Whipped Wildflower Honey and Colorado-made Jojo’s OGX Red Jalapeño Sriracha. This Sweet and Spicy Honey packs a punch, but it’s also full of flavor that doesn’t overpower.

Jojo's extra spicy, wild fermented OGX Red Jalapeño Sriracha is made with 100% red jalapeños from Vigil Farms in Pueblo, Colorado. Pontus loves mixing Jojo's Sriracha with our honey as a dip for buttermilk fried chicken, and he decided it was finally time to make this amazing creation available to the world.

You can also use it as a marinade for shrimp or grilled veggies, and it makes a great glaze for roasted pork.
