It will allow you to create a finish that mimics years of paint build up and time layered texture. The pouch contains 4 cups of powder (32 oz volume ) along with a measuring scoop. Mix 2 scoops of powder per 8oz of paint it will give a thicker medium that can be manipulated into a variety of textured looks.
